DELIVERY AND PAYMENT

1. Orders are accepted only upon full prepayment. Our sales manager will contact you if the requested item is not in stock.

 

2. Processed orders will be handled within two business days. In case of unforeseen technical issues, we will notify you of any delivery delays via email.

 

3. Within Ukraine, delivery is carried out by "Nova Poshta". International orders will be shipped with a delivery fee of 40 euros. The international delivery cost does not cover taxes or duties. Delivery times depend on the destination country. Immediately after dispatching your order, we will send you an email with a tracking number. Delivery to russia and Belarus is not available.

 

4. Additional customs duties and taxes may apply upon the arrival of the package in your country. International orders may be subject to customs procedures, potentially causing delays beyond the initial estimated delivery.

 

5. If you decide to refuse the package, you are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, and/or clearance fees imposed on the package, as well as the return expenses to our Ukrainian address. This amount will be deducted from the reimbursement of your product.

 

RETURN

 

1. Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days after receipt for items that have not been worn, altered, or washed, with no makeup stains and with all attached tags.

 

2. Return of goods is carried out by mutual agreement between the Ego Sum manager and the buyer. If you decide to return the goods, contact our customer service via email at egosumbrand@gmail.com and indicate the reason. You will be provided with documents and instructions for return within 1-3 days after sending the email request.

 

3. Any additional expenses associated with the return sent without the approval of customer support will be deducted from your refund. Refunds to your account will be processed within 30 calendar days from the moment the goods are accepted for return. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

 

4. When will I receive a refund to my credit card/account?
After receiving the returned item, the refund will be processed within 30 business days. You will receive an email notification when your refund is processed.

 

5. Damaged or defective goods
At Ego Sum, we strive to sell only high-quality clothing. For this purpose, we conduct several quality checks before shipping the goods. If you have received damaged or defective goods, please notify us by email at egosumbrand@gmail.com within 24 hours of receiving the order to be eligible for a return and refund.
